Tales of a Post-Grad Nothing

This is the strangest thing I've seen all week (favorite line: "To this I say — HOGWASH!"). It's been a full week of weird. I'm off to New York, where the freaks go to breed. Hopefully good stories to come when I get back.

Coming from the South, it's mighty bold for you to assert that NY is where the freaks go to breed. Have you been to Pigeon Forge, TN lately - SCARY!

Anyhoo, I thought that article was quite interesting as big pharma and doctors are so up each other's behinds that he is probably not far from wrong. So much of what we think of as medical fact is conjecture or the result of shoddy experiments which are later disproved. For example, soy was touted as a miracle food for so long until some researches decided to thoroughly test out its effects on lowering cholesterol, and found that - huh - it does very little!
